Bronte Nursery is Bronte School’s sister setting, providing high quality, 51 week per year, care for children from 3 months to 5 years old. Located just along Pelham Road from the school, the Nursery is conveniently situated both for the School and for Gravesend station.

The setting is a substantial, traditional house, with plenty of space, both in the rooms and in the garden. There is in/out parking in front, for safe and straightforward pick-up and drop-off. An exciting new development is underway which will provide additional capacity as well as improved facilities.

The aim of the Nursery is to provide a caring, family feel, where opportunities for play abound and where there is always the reassuring and familiar presence of staff. In parallel, we seek to build the children’s knowledge of themselves and the world, so that when the time comes they are thoroughly ready for school.

French, ballet, “Sporty Tots”, “Jo Jingles (music), art, Write Dance are all on the curriculum for different ages. In this way, there is breadth and variety, as the children encounter a range of staff and experiences.
